A beautiful moody sky at the iconic Gougane Barra church on the lake. A little storytelling image, couple walking with wedding car, church and location in the background.
Using a small aperture and wide angle lens asked couple to run along the seashore where they would be back lit and once they hit the opening between the trees I clicked the shot.
When Bride & Groom arrived at hotel after their church wedding they grabbed a bike and rode around side of hotel to river front where all the guest were sitting out and enjoy cocktail hour, the guests started cheering when they saw the couple and they responded by waving their arms in the air when I got the shot.
couple were lit with Off camera flash from the left, I ran up to the cliff edge to get best angle and waited for a wave to break on the rocks.
very interesting cloud formation in the background and I asked 2 bridesmaids to drop the veil on either end to add the veil movement in the shot.
taken in a road tunnel on a horrendously wet day, it was raining so hard the water was flowing from the tunnel roof, I placed 2 lights behind the couple to backlit them and add a little light on the rocks.
couple backlit by the sun, closed the lens down to get the star effect in the image and used a little fill light in the foreground so it did not go completely black.
Couple popped outside hotel after dinner during blue hour and popped open a bottle of champagne. Lit with off camera flash from the front and also had a light behind the couple to separate them from the background and light the champagne spray.
