WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER AND LIFESTYLE The world has been my gymnasium The passion for photography born in me me since I was a child, but if at first it was a way to be able to overcome my shortness, in adult life it became curiosity and expression. For fifteen years I have been doing a job that has given me the opportunity to travel around the world. My home was the airplanes and this was a very important factor in the growth of my style. I was lucky enough to be able to photograph people all over the world and each of them has enriched me with their story. I like being able to tell stories through my images, enter the scene and live as it happens For this reason I believe that being able to connect with the couples I work with is essential. If that line does not fall, it means that I am not the right photographer for them.
When I shoot I like to be able to use everything I find near me ... if I see something, in my mind, I try to make it and photograph it. The use of artificial light in some photographs enhances and makes it exciting, something that cannot always be done with natural light alone. But we must be careful and not fall in the opposite direction and therefore having to always and only use artificial light to be able to make our shots. in this shot I used 2 #godoxv1 inside the lamps to be able to "turn on" the light ??
Castles have always fascinated me, this couple of guys chose a castle in Italy and their wedding was very elegant and sophisticated. The aperitif took place in the courtyard, in front of the main tower and while I was taking pictures of the guests, looking up I saw this tower with a blue sky above it, given by the sunset. Initially my newlywed couple didn't quite understand what I wanted to do, but luckily she trusted me and supported me in taking this picture. They liked the result very much. The colors are given by two V1 flashes with two jellies. The silhouette of their figures enriches the composition and makes it special.
Passions are wonderful things, they are things that each of us cares a lot about and cultivates during our life. These guys have a passion for aquariums and wanted it to be included on their wedding day. Unfortunately I do not have the BTS, of this photo, but think that they were at their house, shortly after saying their "yes", they could not have a party because of the pandemic and around them there were few family members ... their aquarium was gorgeous and very long, a flash helped me to frame them and the rest did the love they feel for each other.
This photo has a very special story behind it. When these guys decided to get married they didn't think they were going to have to fight an apandemic. They tried in every way to have their party, but everything was denied to them, so they decided to do something smaller and more collected and for their photos ... well for those they chose a place in the mountains called "Lago dei cavalli (ITA)". That day there was a freezing wind and the sun was setting behind the slope. This photo was taken with a 24mm and post produced with my preset on LRC. I will never forget the emotions of that shooting!
The world is full of beautiful places and I am lucky to live near gorgeous locations. These guys have decided for their Engagement Shooting a location in Switzerland, to be precise "Castelgrande" in Bellinzona. As soon as I arrived I saw this entrance and the photo ... well it came by itself. I really like being able to mix artificial light into my shots and here I think it was fantastic. For this shot I used a 24mm and placed a strobe behind the couple (Godox V1), I shot in HSS to be able to balance the ambient light well. You not only need to know how to shoot, but also to be able to make sure that the couple trusts you and therefore can have full confidence on their part.
