This image was taken on the wedding day at the newlyweds' wedding reception, Montreal Intercontinental Hotel. When I first saw this place at the venue, I really like how everything is symmetric. I asked both of my assistants to hold the off-camera flashes one on each side behind the pole to light up the bride and the groom and also asked the assistant who is on camera right to throw the veil in the air to create that veil flying effect.
This image was taken at a park when I saw this interesting architecture, I asked the bride to wear a red dress while holding a 15 meters long red silk fabric to create the dramatic effect and also to make the image pop from the background.
We always try to experiment with smoke bombs and white umbrella's... We really love this one!
